Americans should learn how to riot properly after the games. It's a stealthy matter. The hooligans should look like average sports fans and mix with the civilian population. Then they should converge upon a nice area of the city with lots of posh bars and shops. Once the signal is given, they can proceed to thrash the place to bits. The surprise factor is much greater that way! :-)
